Our mission is to democratise good mental health information
What Helped Me is brought to you by the people at Method X Studios, who are on a mission to end the mental health poverty gap.

We believe that the solution to the global mental health crisis is unlocking the hidden wealth of collective wisdom.

By showcasing the stories of real people who have overcome real challenges we hope to help others who are facing something similar.

What Helped Me is a trusted online community of help-seekers, story-tellers and helpers with a guiding hand from our in-house mental health experts.

75% of people with mental health problems in England currently don’t get access to the treatment they need – and our goal is to urgently change that.
