  • Picture of yourself or of something personal and information you volunteer to us such as your favourite movie
    To help destigmatise challenging life stories and to let the reader see the real person behind the story.

  • Information about your mental health
    To destigmatise and raise awareness about mental health issues.

  • Information that we collect automatically about your device and your use of our Website, including your IP address, your geolocation data and information on how you use our Website
    To better understand the visitors who come to our Website, where they come from, and what content on our Website is of interest to them. We use this information for internal analytics purposes and to improve the quality and relevance of our Website to our visitors.   • the date on which our Website is taken down or

  • the date on which you request that we erase your personal information (if applicable). We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting it from all database records.
